How can this SIMPLE task in their software go unfixed for more than two years? How have users not revolted? In Snagit 2018 everything works as one would expect. The oldest documented mention of this problem that I can find is in February of 2018. I've inquired on the status of the issue but have yet to receive a reply.ĭo a Google search on all of these words together: copy paste snagit blurry at TechSmith spoke to me initially but it's now been 5 days without any further communication. I have been in a tech support ticket on this for almost 12 days. Nothing like the crisp original selection. 2-I paste the selection into the original image. 1-In the captured image I make a selection and copy it. I've taken a screen shot of a portion of the dialogue box that I'm currently typing in. To clearly describe what's happening, please review the two images at the bottom of this post. I am currently using Snagit 2020.1.3 (64 bit) and having the problem described below.
